Dom Yon Anyone?

Probably our most popular event is ‘Taste of Thai’. This is quite simply a cooking class where the students sample Southeast Asian cooking styles and of course taste the cuisine. Each time this event is held we have around 40-50 students turn out. And what fun we have, not only are we shown how to prepare and cook Thai food successfully, but they also get interviewed at the same time by our hosts armed with a microphone and cameraman, capturing everything for everybody to see on the big screen – no pressure then!
